Hit Your Head, recorded with Jay Maas, fully embraces the futureless aesthetic the band hinted at on previous records. This is worst-body-on-the-beach music. These are fired-from-your-window-tinting-job songs. An album for people on probation for crimes that aren't even cool. Big riffs and petty concerns.

I truthfully cannot choose a 'favorite track' from this masterpiece. I think I've listened to this album in it's entirety at least 50 times, probably more. There have been months long periods where it's all I listened to. I still sob, I still feel like I manifested it out of my soul after every song.
